We are gathering to worship together every Sunday at 10:00am, at the Church property, 1750 Stouffville Rd.
Please register each person attending. Summit Kids (ages 0-10 years old) attending must include their name and age!
Before registering you must answer no to all of the Ontario Screening Questions.
For contact tracing, please ensure you & your family have registered with current contact info
Please keep a distance of at least 2 metres from people you do not live with
Please ensure you wear a face covering or mask while indoors (and outdoors when you cannot physically distance) and that it covers your mouth nose & chin
Please wash or sanitize your hands often!
